If you're looking for on-going project management for an individual project or development programme the planning and tracking service can help.

Execulence can either utilise your own project management system if you have one or a more formal method such as Prince II.

The plan and track service consists of an initial planning phase with your development team in order to estimate timescales, risks and costs associated with the development. A project team can then be set up to deliver the project with key responsibilities clearly defined.

Depending upon the size of the project a team leader may also be appointed to cope with day to day issues which may arise in a project. Following the project setup, we can also provide you with regular project reviews and reporting, enabling you and your sponsors to be fully informed of the project's progress.
